Job Descriptions:

The Admin & HR Officer is responsible for managing the company's human resources and administrative functions to ensure efficient business operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, personnel records management, office administration, compliance with labor laws, and supporting workforce requirements across construction sites, mining operations, and head office activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in a confidential and organized manner.
  • Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution processes.
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives for staff and site personnel.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management updates.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration and facility management.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for staff and project teams.
  • Maintain company correspondence, filing systems, and official records.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support project sites with administrative documentation and logistics.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative procedures and policies.
