Regular Responsibilities
· Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.

· Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and policies.
· Support ICT projects throughout the project lifecycle.
· Prepare business cases, requirements documents, and process maps.
· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Monitor project deliverables and timelines.
· Develop Power Apps solutions.
· Automate processes using Power Automate.
· Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
· Develop SharePoint Online solutions and intranet portals.
· Support Teams, Forms, and Power Pages integrations.
· Support integration between Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
· Utilize APIs, connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API.
· Support upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
· Maintain solution designs and technical documentation.
· Develop user guides and training materials.
· Prepare management reports and dashboards.
· Participate in risk assessments and security reviews.
· Ensure data protection and governance requirements are met.
· Account management and access controls.
Periodic Responsibilities
· Review user access, security controls, vulnerabilities, and compliance with organizational policies
· Prepare periodic reports, maintain documentation, and provide status updates on ICT operations and projects.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enhancement, cost optimization, and future ICT initiatives.
