Job Summary
AWRO is seeking a Full-time Admin/Finance Assistant support the implementation and operations of its project in Nangarhar province. The Admin/Finance Assistant supports the efficient financial and administrative management of the project by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
TOR:
The Admin/Finance Assistant will undertake the following responsibilities under this project, including but not limited to:
· Carry out field-level procurements and purchases in line with AWRO procedures.
· Prepare complete and accurate purchase documentation for review and processing.
· Compile and submit weekly expense reports and cashbooks.
· Organize and provide financial and administrative supporting documents to the supervisor for further processing.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to project field staff and MHNTs.
· Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
· Prepare accurate minutes of meetings held at the field level.
· Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings with field teams or stakeholders as required
· Manage field-level contracts and agreements including with staff and contractual service providers
· Monitor and maintain an inventory and asset tracking system for the field office.
· Report any incidents or significant events to the supervisor immediately.
· Support MHNTs in the preparation and implementation of micro-plans and logistical arrangements.
· Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
