  • Lead community mobilization activities to ensure active participation of target communities in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Facilitate community meetings, awareness campaigns, focus group discussions, and consultation sessions to promote project objectives and community engagement.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain effective relationships with community leaders, local authorities, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Promote social inclusion by ensuring the meaningful participation of women, youth, persons with disabilities, marginalized groups, and other vulnerable populations in project activities.
  • Support beneficiary identification, targeting, and selection processes in accordance with project criteria and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct social assessments and community needs assessments to identify barriers to participation and opportunities for inclusion.
  • Develop and implement community engagement and social inclusion strategies to enhance project effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Raise awareness on social inclusion, gender equality, protection principles, community rights, and available project services.
  • Strengthen community structures, committees, and local groups to support community ownership and sustainability of project interventions.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote social cohesion among diverse community groups where applicable.
  • Collect community feedback, concerns, and complaints and ensure they are addressed through established accountability and feedback mechanisms.

  • Coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure project activities are responsive to community needs and priorities.

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development or related discipline
