The Business Development/Women's Empowerment Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of business development, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and women's economic empowerment interventions across the Southeast Region. The incumbent will support vulnerable women, returnees, IDPs, youth, self-help groups (SHGs), cooperatives, and micro-enterprises to improve their livelihoods, access markets, and achieve sustainable economic growth.
