Job Descriptions:
Clock Tower Cars UK is seeking five experienced female Call Center Agents to work remotely as customer service representatives. The agents will be responsible for answering calls from UK-based clients, providing location and transportation information, assisting with bookings, and ensuring customers are picked up and dropped off on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding anticipated arrival times, drop-off locations, and pickup locations.
Help customers book taxis and coordinate with taxi drivers. In the system, clearly record the details and requests of the customer.
Handle inquiries, concerns, and changes in bookings with efficiency.
Provide prompt support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications with strong typing skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
Punctual responsible self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
