Job Summary:

SEPA Engineering and Consulting Company is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering design works, field/site visits, coordination with relevant government authorities, and technical support for ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and field assessments as required.
Coordinate and liaise with relevant government authorities and stakeholders.
Provide technical support during project planning and implementation phases.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and project partners when required.
Support project management and supervision activities.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering survey and design.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, design procedures, and construction practices.
Excellent command of English and Turkish languages (written and spoken).
Fluency in both local languages (Dari and Pashto).
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work both in office and field environments.
Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office applications is preferred.
