Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle all taxation matters, including filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Finance
Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and expenditures
Monitor cash flow and company budgets
Prepare payroll and ensure timely salary payments
Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities
Ensure compliance with donor financial policies and procedures
Support procurement and contract financial reviews
Maintain financial documentation for audits and inspections

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration related field but preference will be given to exprience in (Taxation)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Afghanistan tax laws and financial regulations
Experience working with NGOs/INGOs or in Government Taxation is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English
