- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (desirable but not always required): CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in financial or accounting roles is typically preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Excel).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
- Works in NGOs sector.
- Reports to a Finance Manager
- Collaborates closely with program, operations, and administrative teams.
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English is required.
