Job Descriptions:
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Schedule and implement the marketing campaigns
  • Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Travel to other provinces to recognize potential customers
  • Cooperate in research and analyses of market trends, competitors, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
  • Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures
  • Regular participation in meetings
  • Prepare regular reports as guided
  • Any other task specified by the supervisor

Qualifications:

Required knowledge:

  • Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari both written and spoken.
  • Have required analytical and arithmetic abilities for prognostication and calculations.
  • Proven experience in the related fields
  • Extensive understanding of the related field trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate processes are being used
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have necessary organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to develop and execute training workshops.
  • Able to work effectively during work hours and under pressure.
  • Honest, active and well mannered.
