Key Duties and Responsibilities
Academic & Islamic Development Oversight: Supervising the execution of academic and administrative plans, while guiding students' Islamic thinking, enhancing their knowledge, and improving their behavior and conduct.
Staff Management & Coordination: Guiding and coordinating with educational and administrative staff, and fostering cooperation among them.
Committee Leadership: Convening teacher and administrative councils and participating in their meetings.
Parent & Community Engagement: Organizing general parent assemblies and family education sessions, striving to expand school facilities with the cooperation of parents and philanthropists.
Instructional Leadership: Attending classes to observe teaching methods, providing consultation to improve them, and delivering model lessons.
Training & Development: Consulting with scholars and experts, identifying teachers and other employees in need of retraining, and recommending them to relevant authorities.
Behavioral & Disciplinary Oversight: Monitoring the conduct of employees and students to ensure alignment with Islamic and ethical standards, and taking disciplinary measures when necessary.
Student Academic Progress: Monitoring students' academic progress and consulting with parents to address challenges.
Facilities & Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the maintenance of the building, furniture, educational equipment, and school property.
Financial & Records Management: Supervising the financial affairs, including setting a budget, maintaining financial ledgers, and ensuring the preparation and security of official student documents.
Health & Safety: Implementing measures for accident prevention, providing first aid, and promptly notifying parents of unforeseen incidents.
Reporting & Compliance: Timely submission of necessary reports to the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, and other relevant bodies, ensuring adherence to admissions policies.
Communication & Representation: Responding to inquiries from parents and other stakeholders, and serving as the school's representative to the community
