Requesting the needed quantity of food materials on daily basis from the related supervisor.
• Cooking and preparing of food for FMIC staff, Patients and patient attendants.
• Cooking food for the patients according to the physician’s diet order.
• Cooking and preparing food of the best quality and on time.
• Responsible for cleanliness of food, dishes and cafeterias.
• Guiding and using from the strength of the kitchen staff.
• Provide food replenishment during service hours as assigned by Chef.
• Perform basic food preparations, make bread slices, portion salads, fruits, desserts, light snacks and other bulk food.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages using standard recipes and guidelines.
• Arrange serving pans, utensils and other equipment needed to set up, prepare and maintain the various serving lines/stations for service of food and beverages to guests or other patrons as assigned.
• Arrange and serve food, beverages in cafeterias service.
