Key Responsibilities & Requirments
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and related computer applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage customer calls, messages, questions, and complaints in a professional way
- Handle bookings, appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations correctly
- Keep customer records and appointment details updated
- Guide customers about services, prices, and packages
- Follow up with customers when needed and support repeat visits
- Supervise daily section work and make sure service runs smoothly
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, behavior, and readiness
- Solve daily problems quickly and report important issues to management
- Make sure the section is clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Check that needed products, tools, and materials are available
- Support basic daily records, sales tracking, and section reporting
- Give management a clear daily update on customer flow, bookings, and main issues
