Human Medical Laboratories established in 2015 under the brand Name HUMAN LABS® in Kabul Afghanistan. HUMAN LABS® are engaged in providing various kinds of Genotyping, PCR/ Molecular Biology, Histopathology, Immuno Histochemistry, Microbiology, Hematopathology, Chemical Pathology and Routine laboratory testing services. These testing is performed on state-of-the-art technology by qualified pathologist, laboratory scientists and Technologist. Our trained effective customer services people also provide home sampling Collection services for ease and maximum access. About the Position

Human Medical Laboratory is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for our state-of-the-art clinical laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on clinical laboratory services. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, Lead sales and marketing team, expand market share, and enhance the visibility of our laboratory services.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager

  1. Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
    • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
  2. Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our clinical laboratory services.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  3. Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
    • Develop and maintain a positive and professional image for the laboratory in the market.
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team members in cooperation with the HR department.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
    • Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling laboratory services to existing clients.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Manage the CRM database of the laboratory.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven 4 years of experience in sales and marketing especially within the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical laboratory services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales and marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in using analytical tools and apps.
