1-Triaging patients according to the severity of their illness for urgent attention in critical cases.
2-Organizing and maintaining cleanliness of the relevant section. Treating patients with courtesy and friendliness while maintaining confidentiality of their problems and information.
3-Taking thorough patient history and performing detailed examination.
4- Accurately and systematically recording each case with complete details in the register book.
5- Treating patients using rational prescription methods and applying essential medicines with appropriate dosage and duration.
6- Full coordination with other sections of the clinic.
7- Assisting and guiding other clinic staff when necessary or upon their request.
8- Collecting and systematically recording disease prevalence data and timely informing the clinic supervisor in case of any outbreak.
9- Managing and supervising of the Health Facility staff.
10- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and the clinic.
11- Recognizing and respecting the existing community health system, strictly adhering to interdepartmental and external referral systems, treating referred cases by CHWs and midwives appropriately, and providing proper feedback to them.
12- Preparing accurate monthly activity reports on time and submitting them to the clinic supervisor.
13- Participating in workshops and training courses organized or recommended by the administration.
14- Striving to create a friendly environment among staff and patients.
15- Regular and active participation in clinic meetings.
16- Continuous presence at the workplace.
17- Strict adherence to organizational policies and regulations.
18- Observing Islamic, ethical, and social laws
19- Attend the community health shora at the HFs.
20- Regularly review and verify the HF records, and Ensure decisions made based on the HF data to improve HF performance.
21- Providing quality curative and preventive health services to patients, particularly women and children, in accordance with BPHS standards, national clinical guidelines, and donor requirements.
22- Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care for women, children, and general patients, including diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses according to national clinical protocols, and management of childhood illnesses using IMCI guidelines.
23- Deliver essential maternal and emergency health services, including Antenatal Care (ANC), Postnatal Care (PNC), family planning counseling, and stabilization of emergency cases for appropriate referral.
