Job Descriptions:

Develop short-term and long-term marketing and business growth strategies
Identify new market opportunities and expand market share
Conduct detailed market research, customer analysis, and competitor monitoring
Design, manage, and evaluate marketing and sales campaigns
Increase sales volume through creative promotions and partnerships
Build strong relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and key clients
Lead brand positioning, visibility, and customer trust initiatives
Manage digital marketing channels (social media, online ads, promotions)
Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align growth goals
Preparing, organizing, and managing market-related information and announcements to support growth based on marketing strategies.
Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
Represent the market in meetings, negotiations, and business forums

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or business development
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve growth targets
