Job Descriptions:

1. Financial Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Record daily transactions (income, expenses, payments)
  • Ensure proper documentation for all financial activities

2. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Present financial data to management for decision-making
  • Support financial forecasting and planning

3. Accounts Management

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts

4.  Cash Management

  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity
  • Handle petty cash and cash transactions
  • Prepare and process employee salaries
  • Ensure accurate deductions (tax, benefits, etc.)
  • Maintain payroll records

5. Tax & Compliance

  • Calculate and prepare tax returns
  • Ensure compliance with government tax regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits

6. Internal Controls

  • Implement and maintain financial control systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and prevent financial risks or fraud

7. Audit Support

  • Prepare documents for audits
  • Assist auditors with required financial information
  • Address audit findings and recommendations

18. Financial Analysis

  • Analyze financial performance and trends
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support strategic financial decisions

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
