Job Descriptions:

An IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure including computer hardware, networks, servers, and software systems. The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems operate efficiently, securely, and support the organization’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the IT department and technical staff.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Manage and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Design and implement network topology such as Star, Bus, Ring, and Mesh networks.
Monitor network performance and ensure stable and secure connectivity.
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Install and maintain operating systems and application software.
Implement network security, firewall, and data backup systems.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
Maintain documentation of IT systems, networks, and hardware inventory.

Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation and maintenance.
Experience with network configuration and network topology.
Knowledge of Windows Server, system administration, and network management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications such as:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
