- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 7–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in BPHS projects.
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 6–8 years of experience in BPHS or other health-related projects will be considered an advantage
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial management software (QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems).
- Excellent knowledge of donor regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Pashto and Dari).
- Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
