A. Guest Services & Front Desk
• Supervise check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure proper guest registration and documentation.
• Welcome guests professionally and communicate fluently in English.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage bookings and websites.
B. Breakfast & Hospitality Services
• Supervise daily breakfast preparation and service.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely serving.
• Monitor cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food services.
C. Housekeeping & Facility Management
• Supervise housekeeping staff and inspect rooms daily.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and fully equipped.
• Monitor room service and maintenance needs.
• Ensure the entire facility including parking and garden remains safe, clean, and operational.
D. Staff Supervision & Operational Stability
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage work shifts.
• Monitor discipline, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure smooth coordination among all departments.
• Ensure operations remain stable and uninterrupted 24/7.
E. Reporting & Administration
• Maintain daily guest and occupancy records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Report operational and financial summaries to management.
• Immediately report incidents, risks, or irregularities.
F. Security & Compliance
• Ensure proper documentation of all guests.
• Coordinate with security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Employment Conditions
• Full-time position with 24-hour operational responsibility.
• One (1) day leave after every fifteen (15) working days.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Contract type: Performance-based (subject to evaluation).
• Salary: AFN 8,000 – AFN 10,000 per month (starting from probation period).
