Job Descriptions:

The Marketing Officer at SMUB Foods Manufacturing Company will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the company’s products and brand. This role includes conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, managing advertising and promotional materials, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Officer will also maintain communication with distributors, retailers, and customers to ensure the company’s products reach the target market effectively.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand promotion, preferably in food production or FMCG industries.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with distributors, retailers, and customers.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing tools/software.
Ability to prepare marketing reports and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
