- Support monitoring of:
- Cash assistance
- Training activities
- Protection services
- Livelihood interventions
- Education programs
B. Data Collection & Management
- Support development of data collection tools and formats.
- Coordinate with field teams for timely data submission.
- Ensure accurate entry of program data into MIS systems.
- Support beneficiary registration tracking.
- Maintain organized monitoring records and documentation.
C. Data Quality Assurance
- Conduct routine data verification and spot checks.
- Identify inconsistencies and follow up with field teams.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of data.
- Support data cleaning and validation processes.
D. Reporting Support
- Support preparation of:
- Monthly monitoring reports
- Activity tracking reports
- Donor reporting inputs
- Compile field-level data summaries.
- Support indicator tracking for projects.
E. Accountability & Feedback Mechanisms
- Support implementation of Community Feedback and Response Mechanisms (CFRM).
- Help collect and document:
- Complaints
- Suggestions
- Beneficiary feedback
- Ensure confidential handling of sensitive complaints.
- Support referral of safeguarding concerns.
F. Learning & Documentation
- Document best practices and lessons learned.
- Support case studies and success stories.
- Assist in program review meetings and reflection sessions.
G. Compliance & Verification
- Support beneficiary verification processes.
- Monitor potential risks such as:
- Aid diversion
- Duplicate beneficiaries
- Misreporting
- Ensure documentation for audit readiness.
H. Coordination
- Work closely with: Program teams, Field staff, MIS Officer, Finance and operations (for verification)
