The Sales & Manager Marketing will be responsible for both strategic planning and the hands-on execution of all marketing and sales activities. This role is essential for establishing the brand, attracting new customers, developing distribution networks, and driving sales growth in the motor oil industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to establish and grow the company’s presence in the motor oil industry.
- Identify new customers, market segments, and business opportunities to drive initial sales growth.
- Personally execute sales and marketing activities, including direct sales, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare sales plans, marketing reports, and performance analyses to track progress and support decision-making.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to stay informed of industry trends.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements with customers and partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Develop and manage distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Plan for future team growth and prepare the sales function for scaling as the company expands.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Factory Director to support the smooth operation and growth of the company.
