Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen Avison Pharma’s brand, increase product demand, and support sales growth across Kabul. This role connects market intelligence, product strategy, and field execution to ensure the competitive positioning of Avison Pharma’s pharmaceutical portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company sales targets
• Build and strengthen Avison Pharma’s brand in hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, and medical professionals
• Position products competitively based on therapeutic category, pricing, and quality
2. Product & Market Management
• Conduct market research on doctors, pharmacies, competitors, and prescribing trends
• Identify new opportunities for product development or portfolio expansion
3. Sales Support & Field Marketing
• Design promotional campaigns, sales tools, and doctor-targeted marketing materials
• Work closely with medical representatives and sales teams to support field activities
• Develop visiting strategies, detailing aids, brochures, and sampling plans
4. Promotion & Communication
• Plan and supervise medical promotions, doctor meetings, seminars, conferences, and product launches
• Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory and ethical standards
5. Performance & Reporting
• Track marketing campaign effectiveness and sales impact
• Prepare regular reports on market performance, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
• Recommend corrective actions to management when needed
