Job Summary:
Ariana Medical Complex is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and culturally sensitive Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen the hospital’s marketing, branding, and communication activities. This position plays a key role in enhancing community trust, patient engagement, and the public image of Ariana Medical Complex (AMC) in line with Afghan cultural values and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing and communication strategies aligned with hospital goals.
- Plan and execute patient-centered marketing campaigns for clinical departments (Cardiac, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Diagnostics, Dialysis, etc.).
- Strengthen hospital branding and public image through ethical, culturally appropriate communication.
- Manage media relations, press releases, health awareness campaigns, and promotional events.
- Oversee digital platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and online engagement.
- Coordinate community outreach, health awareness programs, and corporate partnerships.
- Support internal departments with brochures, patient education materials, and service promotions.
- Ensure compliance with MoPH regulations, hospital policies, and ethical advertising standards.
- Prepare regular marketing activity and performance reports for management.
