Job Descriptions:

The incumbent is responsible for mobilizing community, 
supporting and facilitating beneficiaries’
 selection process with MEL team, 
conducting Vocational trainings and MSMEs market survey, 
support the beneficiaries in provision of vocational training and employment in MSMEs,
 supporting MSMEs and addressing their priority needs.

a) Conduct market survey according to the guideline.
b) Selection of trainees from the returnees and IDPs according to given criteria.
c) Assign the  selected trainees to related skills based on requirement and their interest.
d) Ensure the announcement for trainers and assist committees for selection of qualified trainers for apprenticeship .
e) Introduction of the selected trainees to the apprenticeship trainers.
f) Ensure the use of the attendance for trainers and trainees.
h) Take part in distribution of the needed tools and materials for training process

i) Ensure start of the training activities according to curriculum. 
j) Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports and submit them to the related  Supervisor.

Supervision of the trainers performance and provide them technical and logistical support.

a) Daily regular supervision/monitoring from the apprenticeship training process and provide necessary support.
b) Support the trainers with necessary information
c) Prepare monthly plan for the trainers (apprenticeship trainers) and assist them in implementation of the plan.
d) Provide them logistic support based on their need.
Assess their performance and give them proper feedback when it is necessary.
e) Conduct regular meetings with trainers and trainees.

Assess the potential MSMEs for support and introduction of youths to the selected MSMEs for learning and employment.

f) Assess the MSMEs and select the qualifies businesses for support.
g) Provide coaching and guidance to the selected MSMEs in preparation of simple business plan.
h) Introducing the most vulnerable youths to the MSMEs for learning and employment.

i) Provide necessary items and training to the MSMEs based on their business plan.
j) Regularly monitor the MSMEs and provide support when they need it.
k) Provide regular update to the Program to in Charge of the project.
l) Any other job-related tasks requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree prefer in economy and business field

Bachelor Degree in Economy 

Two Years of minimum experience in Vocational training
Excellent training skills            
Knowledge of various training tools.
Communication Skills
