• Recruit staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking applications forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Coordinate and supervise preparation of employment agreements for all project staff;
• Track and notify supervisors when annual appraisals are due – managing any resulting staffing change requests and contract amendments – ensuring that policies and procedures are followed according the Personnel Policy Manual; Train supervisors charged with conducting evaluations of staff members in their units, and monitor compliance with the process;
• Provide applicants with information about the job including hours and pay, tasks, responsibilities and working conditions;
- Leading the HR and Admin team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for planning and executing various HR projects, such as training programs, recruitment drives, and policy implementations, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Depending on the organization, the HR and Admin Manager may have responsibilities related to HRIS management, employee benefits administration, or client interactions for HR-related matters.

• Supervise maintenance of all staff timesheets and leave records;
