Duties & Responsibilities
• Review and analyze tender documents.
• Prepare, complete, and submit tender and bid documents in full compliance with tender instructions
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contracting authorities for clarifications and follow-ups
• Maintain a tender tracking system and update management on bid status and results
Job Requirements
• able to speak, write, and read English very well, Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes, prepare, complete, and submit tender documents. Coordinate bid submissions.
Qualifications :
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and bidding.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree. (Procurement of Project management is an advantage)

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in administration and financial roles.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in administrative and financial roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
