1. Objectives of the Position

Implement project activities according to deadlines and organizational, contractual, and financial directives.

Responsible for supporting procurement activities, technical measures, and/or social components within the project framework.
2. Duties and Areas of Responsibility
2.1 Duties without own area of responsibility

Conduct specialist workshops
-
Provide consultancy regarding technical equipment, social issues, or other relevant topics

Ensure adherence to quality standards

Manage and maintain technical equipment (if applicable)

Train and guide national staff
-
Monitor inventory management of relief supplies (incoming/outgoing goods, stock checks, resupply) and distribution

Document technical and procurement processes as per WHH directives (e.g., AAR)

Prepare project progress reports

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
2.2 Specific Activities and Duties
1. Implementation of project relevant activities based on community context and needs.
2. Assist livelihood specialist in developing of training materials and awareness sessions for community people.
3. Conduct training/awareness sessions at community level.
4. Supervise and provide techincal recommendation for small buisness owners to improve their production and market.
5. Conduct market linkage events at district and provincial level and follow up strenghtning linkage between producer, trader and consumers.
6. take part in conduct of market linkage at the provincial and districts level
7.conduct need livelihood related need assessment to identify the challenges and the potentials of the target communities.
8. coordinate with project partners for integeration of activites for maximizing the the ouctomes.
9. support livelihoods specialist in preparation of livelihoods related reports.
