Job Descriptions:

Position Summary

The Product Management Specialist will lead the design, development, and refinement of digital and e-commerce products under OSID’s projects. The specialist will work closely with technical teams, SMEs, trainers, and project managers to ensure user-centered, market-driven solutions that enhance digital skills and online economic opportunities for beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, planning, and roadmap development for digital/e-commerce initiatives.
Conduct market research and user needs assessments to identify opportunities and gaps.
Work with project teams to develop product concepts, prototypes, and MVPs.
Coordinate with e-commerce platforms, partner organizations, and SMEs to integrate products.
Track product performance, user feedback, and analytics to inform improvements.
Support training activities by providing guidance on product development processes.
Ensure alignment of digital products with project goals and donor requirements.
Prepare progress reports, product documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks and propose solutions to enhance product quality and user experience.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, ICT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in product management, digital solutions, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user research, market analysis, and UX principles.
Experience working with digital platforms, e-commerce systems, or tech-based projects.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English; fluency in Dari and Pashto is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
