Mughal Brothers Construction and Road Building Company (MBRCC) is a private company that is established in 2011, supports and successfully completed numerous power distribution (6KV and 20KV) and transmission line (220KV and 500KV) projects in Afghanistan. Currently there are two major running power projects with MBRCC; (1) construction portion of CASA1000 Lot3, and (2) Dasht-e-Alwan to Arghandi 500 KV Transmission Lines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identification of tower material, hardware fitting, conductor, OPGW, earth wire, insulator and other line items of transmission line materials.
• Full command on use of Bill of Material (BOM), picking lists and bundles.
• Receive, unload and verify materials against purchase orders, delivery notes and packing list.
• Inspect incoming items for quantity, quality and damage, reporting concerns when discrepancies found.
• Create Goods Receipt Vouchers (GRVs) after the materials are confirmed to be in order.
• Sort, arrange and store materials in designated storage areas according to the layout.
• Maintain a clean, organized and secure storehouse to prevent loss or damage.
• Maintain accurate records of all materials received, issued and disposed of materials and members.
• Conduct daily data entries for all inventory transactions.
• Issue material challan. Keep a record of inward and outward documents.
• Protect the materials from dust and any other probable damage.
• Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to the site.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and free from hazards.
• Undertake any other duty/task assigned by the supervisor.

• Competent in reading and understanding Specifications and drawings of towers.
• Good communication skills in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
