• Develop and enforce procurement policies and SOPs.
• Oversee procurement planning, market research, bidding, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with donor procurement regulations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, quotations, and bid analysis.
• Coordinate transport and warehousing of goods.
• Maintain procurement documentation and filing.
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with vendors.
• Coordinate customs, permits, and clearance (if needed).

• Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) in Procurement, Business Admin, or Logistics.
• 5+ years in procurement, preferably with NGOs.

Deliverables:

• Monthly procurement reports.
• Annual procurement plan.
• Contract and vendor performance reports.
