Position Overview

Yousra Road Building & Construction Company (YRBCC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Officer to join our Main Office team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective financial management, administrative coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with YRBCC’s organizational standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.

This role requires a dedicated professional with strong financial expertise, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to maintain efficient systems and procedures within a fast-paced working environment.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, accounting entries, and documentation in compliance with YRBCC policies and donor requirements.

  • Prepare financial reports, cashbooks, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.

  • Monitor expenditures, verify invoices, and ensure timely processing of payments.

  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper financial controls.

  • Maintain proper filing systems for all financial documents.

  • Ensure compliance with Afghanistan tax laws, organizational policies, and audit requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Support overall office administration, logistics, and coordination of daily operations.

  • Maintain employee attendance records, leave tracking, and personnel files.

  • Assist in procurement processes, including quotation collection, documentation, and vendor coordination.

  • Organize meetings, manage office supplies, and support HR-related functions as needed.

  • Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and secure record management.
