About Youth PEER Afghanistan Organization:

Y-PEER Afghanistan (Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization – YPAO) is a youth-led network dedicated to empowering Afghan youth through peer-to-peer education, leadership development, and community engagement. As part of the global Y-PEER initiative, YPAO works to promote health, education, life skills, youth participation, and humanitarian support across Afghanistan. The organization trains young volunteers to serve as peer educators, enabling them to deliver awareness programs, leadership training, and community outreach activities that strengthen youth capacity and contribute to social development.

Job Descriptions:

Lead, supervise, and provide ongoing support in tailoring training.
Develop comprehensive training plans and ensure effective class management.
Design and update training modules and curricula to meet project standards.
Prepare and organize high-quality training materials.
Develop and distribute training operation kits (in-kind support) for participants.
Ensure all training materials and equipment are properly used and maintained, promoting active engagement of trainers and students to uphold training quality.
Participate actively in project and coordination meetings.
Maintain regular communication with the Program and M/E team to support reporting and meet all project requirements.
Prepare and submit sector reports at the end of each training cycle.
Support the beneficiaries in business and marketing basic knowledge

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field required
At least 3 years experience in a relevant field
Fluency in Dari, Pashto and English will be plus
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and skill
Good knowledge of tailoring training of NGOs in Afghanistan
Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Organizational and time management skills are needed to ensure programs are completed by the scheduled time.
