Job Summary

The Visitor is a field-based role responsible for conducting daily visits to markets, companies, and organizations to introduce our taxation services, QuickBooks Online solutions, and bring new clients to the company. This position requires an energetic, well-presented, and confident communicator who excels at building connections, generating leads, and motivating businesses to utilize our services.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily field visits to markets, companies, and institutions to identify potential clients.
2. Introduce and clearly explain the company’s taxation services and QuickBooks Online solutions.
3. Encourage businesses to register for or purchase the company’s services, including QuickBooks Online.
4. Collect essential customer information and submit it promptly to management.
5. Maintain professional behavior and communication during all field interactions.
6. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and progress.
7. Follow up with interested clients as required to finalize service registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing; experience in taxation, financial services, or software sales is highly preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and services, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to customers.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5. High level of creativity, initiative, and innovation in approaching customers.
6. Ability to work independently and within a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
7. Willingness to travel frequently and meet clients in various locations.
