Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the relevant field (depending on the role).
Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; English proficiency preferred for technical positions.
Strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work in challenging and remote environments while adhering to humanitarian principles.
