Job Descriptions:

Serkai Technology Services Company is seeking a professional and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strategy and wants to make a tangible impact on how Afghan brands are perceived locally and globally. You will be part of a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence—translating bold ideas into visual identities that inspire and perform.

Design and develop high-quality visuals for branding, marketing, digital, and print platforms.
Conceptualize and execute creative designs aligned with Serkai’s branding standards and client goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand identities and impactful marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
Present creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions, maintaining consistency with Serkai’s brand vision.
Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and global branding practices.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or video design skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding strategy.
Proven ability to create unique and impactful designs that align with client objectives.
Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).
Experience working with international or national brands is a strong advantage.
A portfolio or sample of past works is required with the application.
