General Responsibilitiesمسؤلیت های عمومی:
• To supervise the medical staff of health facilities and Mobile health teams,
• To provide regular support to the health facility staff and mobile health team staff,
• To Regular visits from the health facilities and mobile health teams,
• To provide regular on-the-job capacity building to the health facilities and MHTs staff
• To liaise with communities
• Coordination and Reporting is ensured
• Analyze the nutrition data
• Check the regular stock of the MHT
• Collect monthly reports from both the health facility and MHTs
Objective 1: To supervise MHTs and health facilities for the improvement of the activities
Activities/main duties
• Regular supervision of the MHTs and the health facility.
• Closely follow up on the monthly achievements and targets.
• Make sure that the medical supply distribution runs in good coordination and meets the needs of the population
• Organize meetings with representatives of the communities
• Providing an action plan and feedback after each supervision to the health facility staff and MHTs
• To establish and develop good mutual understanding, cooperation, and trust between PU-AMI and the targeted community
• Plans, organizes, monitors, and evaluates nutrition program operations and staff in all MHTs.
• Ensures staff in the MHTs are providing appropriate nutrition services, such as eligibility determination, issuance of food cards, standard nutrition education and counselling, and referral of complicated SAM cases.
• Monitors and evaluates clinic performance and staffing needs to assure operational efficiency and service effectiveness in MHTs
• Ensure implementation of all the different components of the nutrition policy (IMAM).in all the MHTs.
• In charge of the supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of the different components of the nutrition policy from the MoPH (prevention, detection, treatment) through regular field visits to MHTs.
• In charge of the supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of the OPD- SAM, OPD - MAM, and activities implemented properly in all MHTs.
• In charge of organizing and conducting nutrition surveys if requested.
• In charge of collecting statistical monthly reports from the MHTs, reviewing, and analyzing the reports, and providing feedback to the implementation team on Nutrition activities in the target communities.
• In charge of providing and submitting narrative and statistics monthly report to PO/PM and Nutrition specialist.
• Provide a monthly work plan and monthly activities report and submit to PO.
• To provide inputs for the Nutrition new proposals and ensure that learning from the field and identified gaps are incorporated into all proposals
• Ensure that staff is trained on Nutrition SOPs and guidelines.
Ensure all nutrition guidelines implement on proper base.
• Design the charts and table to set up the follow-up of targets and indicators
Objective 2: To liaise with communities
Activities/main duties
Supervise work of community facilitators
Organize meeting with representatives of the communities
Ensure space is available for provision of health services delivery
Ensure communities are involved in decision making process for SDPs, EPI services, MCH services, Nutrition services…etc.
Inspire community with proper water safe and waste management
Collect data regarding the factors affecting the female beneficiary’s involvement in outdoor activity
To establish and develop good mutual understanding, cooperation and trust between PU-AMI and targeted community
Objective 3: Coordination and Reporting is ensured
Activities/main duties
Participate in all coordination meeting when you are requested
Prepare supervision report
Support for preparation of HMIS reports
Feedback of HMIS reports to MHT staff
Participate in any other task given by Project manager or and PO
Supervisor will make sure a good coordination between the HF staff for the better quality of the services.
He will make a good communication link between the HF and PU-AMI management team (PM, pharmacy, accountability supervisors.
The supervisor will organize regular SRH staff meetings for sharing the feedback and attending their routine meetings.
He will share HFs needs with the relevant managers.
