About CRDSA:

Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 3 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Ghor,and Badghis.

Job Descriptions:

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Ensure effective and accurate data consolidation.
Ensure accurate data collection of project beneficiaries.
Supervise the scope registration process.
Identify errors and make appropriate data correction.
Prepare reports of collected data and ensure beneficiaries’ information are collected and registered through MODA application.
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or graduated from Information Technology (IT)
Minimum of 2 years of extensive working experience in similar position with national and/or international NGOs.
Ability to travel to Ghor districts.
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
