Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of case management activities in accordance with organizational standards and guidelines.
- Conduct field visits to identify and assess vulnerable individuals and families.
- Assist in the preparation, documentation, and maintenance of confidential case files.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community representatives, and service providers for referrals and follow-up.
- Support data entry, reporting, and documentation of case management activities.
- Participate in capacity-building sessions, trainings, and coordination meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in protection, case management, or humanitarian work.
· Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with humanitarian principles and protection standards.
· Fluency in Pashto and Dari; basic English skills are an advantage.
· Computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
