Job Description:
Noshaq Non-Alcoholic Beverage Industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and execute all sales and marketing strategies for Noshaq Water to drive significant revenue growth, expand market share, and build a dominant brand presence for both the 0.5L and 1.5L product lines. This role is responsible for the entire commercial cycle, from strategic planning and brand management to field execution and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies, targets, and territory-based distribution plans to maximize coverage and revenue.
- Lead the overall sales and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives for both product lines.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and client segments (e.g., hotels, restaurants, offices) to diversify revenue streams.
Team Management & Development
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team, including the Marketing Officer, Field Supervisors, and Call Center operators.
- Implement rigorous performance management, ensuring the team achieves individual and collective KPIs.
- Ensure proper training, coaching, and discipline across the department to foster a high-performance culture.
Market Analysis & Execution
- Conduct continuous market analysis to monitor competitor pricing, promotional activities, and consumer trends.
- Systematically gather and analyze customer feedback from the field and call center to translate insights into actionable strategies for product and service improvement.
- Oversee the development and execution of local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Operational Control & Reporting
- Maintain strong control over sales operations, inventory levels, and distribution logistics to prevent stock-outs and ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior management, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
