Job Descriptions:

 

Duties and Responsibilities,

 

  • Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and associated security equipment at head office and provincial sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections, testing and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or connectivity issues related to CCTV and related security systems.
  • Travel to AGC branches to install, maintain and upgrade IT equipment including computers, printers, routers and network devices.
  • Ensure all IT and CCTV installations comply with company security policies and technical standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, issues identified and resolutions implemented.
  • Assist in training provincial staff on basic use and troubleshooting of IT and CCTV equipment.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager on projects and infrastructure improvements as required.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support and CCTV system maintenance.
  • Strong Knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, wireless networking).
  • Hands – on experience with IT hardware maintenance (desktops, laptops, printers, routers).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially in provincial travel assignments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to   provincial offices.
