Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
- Familiarity with UNICEF and World Bank procurement and logistics standards is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto.
Working Conditions
- Based in Kabul with travel to provinces as required.
- Field visits may include remote and insecure areas.

The Logistics Manager is expected to uphold OPHA’s safeguarding policies and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and integrity in all logistics operations

- Work with honesty and co-operative attitude and keep a high standard of quality.
- All other interdictions are stipulated in the staff regulation and other OPHA policies along with the disciplinary measures and all these policies are part of the staff contract with OPHA.
