• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to litigation, settlements, and arbitration.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and government authorities to ensure effective case management and defense.
• Conduct internal investigations in response to legal claims, compliance issues, or regulatory inquiries.
• Review contracts, policies, and business practices to identify potential legal risks and propose preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain litigation reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management and the Board.
• Support compliance and ethics programs to minimize legal exposure and ensure adherence to laws and industry regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on dispute resolution, legal risks, and compliance obligations.
• Stay informed on legislative and regulatory developments that could impact the company’s operations.
