Eligibility Criteria
Application requirements for PhD programs are as follows:
- Applicants can be from any nationality
- They must hold a “Laurea Specialistica” or “Laurea Magistrale” or equivalent second-level degree.
- Foreign degrees must be comparable in duration and level to Italian degrees and allow admission to PhD programs in the foreign system.
- For the PhD in Law for Innovation in the European Legal Space, a minimum grade of 95/110 or an examination average of 25/30 if they have not obtained their degree yet.
- Applicants must have obtained their degrees by December 12, 2024
- Compliance with specific degree requirements as outlined for each PhD program.

- Final ranking based on the sum of qualifications and examination scores
- Oral examination (remote option available for applicants residing abroad or with valid reasons)
