Position Title: Business Development Executive

Submission Guidlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or field marketing

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills

• Field-oriented, energetic, and highly target-driven

• Solid ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-focused

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet)

• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital platforms

• Strong understanding of the Afghan automotive market is a major advantage

• Willingness to work in the field and travel across provinces as required

• Must be an Afghan national

• Fluent in Dari, Pashto (English is a plus)

• Able to professionally represent the company in markets, meetings, and public environments
