- MD from a recognized university accepted by Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan. Desirable degree in Public Health.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience as Medical doctor in the health in humanitarian sector
- Experience with monitoring tools and systems in the health and nutrition sectors
- Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
- Experience with MHIS reporting system
- Commitment to CARE principles.
- Comply with all relevant CARE policies and procedures.
- Experience in trainings and capacity building / development of staff is desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay work time at service delivery point

4.3 Education and working experience
- Graduated from a registered and recognized medical institute with at least three-year work experience in related field, previous BPHS experience is desirable
4.4 Languages Skills:
Fluency in spoken and written Dari and Pashtu is a requirement. English Language skills is a plus point.
