About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Service-Afghanistan):

Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

مسوليت هاي عمده:

سهم فعال در مراقبت اطفال داخل بستر وارد تغذی و نوزدان .

سهم فعال در تعقيم نمودن تمام وســايل طبــي شفاخانه.

سهم فعال در تهیه ،توزیع و نګهداری شیر برای اطفال داخل بستر دربخش وارد تغذی ، مدیرت واقعات کتلوی و واقعات عاجل ، تریاژ ، انجام نمودن پانسمان ، تطبیق زرقیات ، اجرا ګراف قلب ، تطبیق کتیترها مريضان

يکجا کارکردن با داکتر در موارد وخيم مانند اشتراک در عملیات ها ، همکاري باداکتران در واقعات عاجل وساير واقعات که لازم باشد

تطبیق نمودن اردر های داکتران ترزيق نمودن ادويه مطــــابق به پــروتوکول هاي استنــــدرد.

اندازه گيري اطفال پايانتر از5 سال بصورت منظم جهت دريافت واقعات سوتغذي

اجرا وظیفه مسولانه در OPD,IPD ونوکریوالی مطابق لایحه وظیفه

ارائه تعليمـــــــــات صحـــــــي به مــــــراجيعيـــــــــــن مطابق تقسیم اوقات ماهانه و کریکولم تعلیمات صحی.

مراقبت منظــم و دقيق از معالجة مريضان به اســـــــاس مسؤوليت وظيفـــوي

سهم گيري شايسته و فعال در آموزش هــا و تريننگ هـــاي نر س ها

تطبیق تمام پالیسی های BPHS / EPHS مانند تعقیب منظم وزن و بهبود مریضان داخل بستر وارد تغذی ، IPC ، مدیرت کثافات ، یونفورم ، استفاده منطقی ادویه ، رجعدهی مریضان ، مصونیت پرسونل و مریضان ،GRM,PSEA,OHS

انجام تمام وظايف ديگر که از طرف مقامات بالايي شفاخانه تقاضا مي گردد

وظايف:

قبل از معاينه:

بررسي از پاک بودن اطاق ها.

بررسي از پاک بودن مواد مورد ضرورت.

آماده نمودن مواد در اثناي کار (دستکش ، مواد تعقيم کننده وغيره)

تنظيم دخول مريضان به اساس اولويت شان.

ارائه تعليمات صحي به مراجعين طبق تقسيم اوقات معين

تنظیم وپاک نګهداری اشفزخانه اختصاصی برای تهیه شیر .

حفظ ومراقبت از Play Room و بازیچه های ان .

اطمینان از اکمال ادویه وارد های مربوطه

درجريان معاينه:

دادن معلومات مکمل به مريض درمورد مشکل آن.

توضيح دقيق پرابلم به مريض در صورت ضرورت کمک خواستن از داکتر.

پانسمان نمودن دقيق ودرست بادرنظرگرفتن شرايط تعقيم.

تعين ملاقات دوباره درصورت ضرورت.

بعد از معاينه:

بررسي از پاک بودن مواد وسامان آلات بعد از هر استفاده.

سهم گيري واشتراک درتريننگ هاي مختلف که توسط وزارت صحت، دفاتر ملل متحد و موسسه مربوطه دايرميشود.

تعقيم کردن:

جمع آوري تمام وسایل ملوث شفاخانه.

پيش بردن درست پروسه تعقيم وسایل طبی.

دوباره سپردن مواد به شفاخانه وبررسي اينکه از مواد تعقيم شده استفاده صورت بگيرد.

Job Requirements:

فراغت از انستيتوت های متوسطة طبي دولتی و خصوصی بخش نرسینگ

حد اقل یک الی دو سال تجربه کاری بحیث نرس در شفاخانه های سیستم BPHS /EPHS ارجحیت به انهای که در وارد تغذی وظیفه اجرا کرده باشد داده میشود

امتحان دولتی سپری کرده باشد

داشتن شخصيت مهربان و خوش برخورد

صحت کافي و قواي کافي براي کار

سهم شايسته و فعال در آموزش و تريننگ هاي داخل خدمت براي کارکنان صحي جامعه ايفا کرده است

خصوصيات لازم ( صميمي بودن، بردباري، محطاط کاري )

رعايت نمودن جريان نظم و ديسيپلين.
