Job Descriptions:

Objectives of the Job:

1. To support the effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of program activities.

2. To ensure timely communication and coordination between team members, partners, and stakeholders.

3. To assist in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and logistical arrangements for program-related tasks.

Main Duties:

Administrative Support:

1. Organize meetings, workshops, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling logistics.

2. Maintain filing systems and databases related to program activities.

Program Implementation:

1. Assist in the coordination and tracking of program activities according to the work plan.

2. Support the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and other program materials.

Communication & Coordination:

1. Liaise with partner organizations, beneficiaries, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.

2. Respond to routine inquiries and provide information about the program.

Monitoring & Reporting:

1. Collect and compile data for progress reports and monitoring purposes.

2. Support data entry, analysis, and the maintenance of program records.

Financial Support:

1. Assist in preparing and tracking program budgets and financial documentation.

 

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Business Administration and Management. Applicants with a master's degree are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program and Administrative roles, preferably with NGOs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto (preferred)
