Job Descriptions:

Duties and Responsibilities,

  • ACPC & AGC  financial entries of the AFN & USD Cashbook,
  • Making Demands, Gate passes and Settlements of daily sales transactions.
  • Performing other business transaction in database.
  • Creating monthly reports for the regional office on inventory, sales, and cash movements.
  • Compiling FG stock and cash counts on a regular basis and creating monthly certificates.
  • Possess control over the credit percentage of its clients.
  • All documents must be carefully kept and maintained.
  • Timely preparations of BDF (Bill Description Forms) for Transport, Admin, HR, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Possess control over the inter branch communication system and be responsible for timely submission of monthly reports.
  • Any additional legitimate tasks that the leadership or supervisor assigns.
  • Providing the Branch office with operational support functions in the areas of HR, Administration, Taxation, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other transaction processing software is required.
  • Ensuring the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
